A handyman was killed this morning in a freak accident when he was crushed by a fork lift he was repairing in Queens, authorities said.
The man was outside of Raw Equipment Corp. on 28th Avenue on College Point Boulevard when he was crushed by the machinery and pinned underneath around 11 a.m., according to authorities.
Police said he was trying to fix the faulty forklift when it suddenly gave way and crushed him.
The man who has not yet been formally identified works at a neighboring business and often made repairs to equipment at Raw Equipment Corp.
He was pronounced dead at the scene and no criminality is suspected, cops said.
May I know the name of this person? I am searching for this a lot.
